Standard UK Delivery is free for orders £49 or more.
- Orders placed on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
Next-Day Deliveries can be delivered Monday to Saturday.
Order cut-off times for Next-Day Delivery:
Monday to Friday: The Next-Day order cut-off time is 10pm. These orders will be delivered the following day within a 2 hour delivery window.
Weekends: If you place your order with Next-Day delivery on Saturday or Sunday it will be dispatched on the following working day.
- Orders placed on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
Orders to the EU will not be subject to any import fees, taxes or duty. We will cover the customs fees for you, so you don't have to.
EU Delivery is free for orders £99 GBP/€119 EUR or more.
Standard USA Delivery is free for orders £99 GBP/$139 USD or more.
DHL Express Delivery to the USA usually arrives within 2 - 3 working days.
DHL Express Delivery is free for orders £250 GBP/$350 USD or more.
Standard Rest Of World Delivery usually arrives within 5 - 10 working days.
Standard Rest Of World Delivery is free for orders £99 or more.
DHL Express Delivery to the Rest Of World usually arrives within 2 - 4 working days. DHL Delivery can take longer for remote areas.
DHL Express Delivery is free for orders £250 GBP or more.

Please Note: Tracking numbers aren't always provided due to the service type used. If tracking hasn't been provided then you can expect your delivery within the estimated time frames stated.
- UK Standard Orders are sent via Royal Mail or EVRi.
- UK Next-Day Orders are sent with EVRi and we provide a 2 hour delivery window when possible.
- UK Premium DHL Orders are sent via the fastest service DHL offer, usually arriving within 1 working day.
- EU & International Orders are sent via Royal Mail, DHL, Fedex or Norsk. This depends on the service you select at checkout.
EU: Orders to the 27 EU member states will not be subject to any customs or import fees. We will cover these charges for you, so you don't have to.
USA: Orders under the value $800 to the USA will not be subject to any customs and import fees.
AUSTRALIA: Orders under the value $1000 AUD to Australia will not be subject to any customs and import fees.
Rest Of World: Any other international orders may be subject to customs and import fees, however different countries have different thresholds (based on the order value) that will be subject to these charges. We are unable to list the varying customs and import fees for all 195 countries.
We advise you contact your local customs authorities for more information to find out any customs and import fees you may need to pay upon the delivery of your order.
If it was up to us, we would remove customs and import fees from all online orders. However these decisions are well out of our control. These charges are billed from your local customs authorities and are not additional fees charged by us.
Ooops! If you refuse to pay the customs and import fees, and the parcel is returned back to Pursue Fitness, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund as this aspect of the order was fulfilled. If you would like us to send the order again we may ask for payment of the delivery fees.
Next-Day UK deliveries exclude offshore postcodes, including but not limited to Northern Ireland, Jersey, Isle of Man and Guernsey. It is not possible to deliver orders to these locations Next-Day however the order will still be sent via an express service.
Our warehouse team have a success rate of 98% for on-time dispatch. During exceptionally busy periods it can take longer to process and dispatch orders.
Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances can cause short delays in the delivery of your order.
