For exchanges, once we dispatch your exchange standard delivery times will apply.
For store credits, this will be sent by email, please check junk folders incase it landed there.
For refunds, once your refund is submitted your banks processing times apply for this to reflect in your account, this is usually within 7 working days, depending on who you bank with. We can only refund to the card or payment method you used when placing the order.
All Pursue Fitness orders are packed by real people and sometimes they might get something wrong.
